Assessing 2010
Contrary to most of what I’ve been seeing from most people on the Interwebs, 2010 was pretty good to me. And even though the tail end of it kicked my ass, some great things came out of it too. High Points: My trip to Berlin- Adventure abroad + New friends + School credit = Big success Writing- On my own and as part of a newspaper desk, I’ve probably written more this year than ever...

I basically had my Christmas yesterday, and it was very merry indeed. Drinking and cards and a great dinner with the family, snow on the ground outside. Couldn’t have dreamt of a better Christmas Eve. Back to Texas in the morning. Looking forward to it for a number of reasons. Merry Christmas.
